Together with my Art-director we created a service from scratch, conducting an analysis of YouTube, Twitch, Vimeo, and other video hosting platforms. We identified users' needs and expectations and identified key features. We created wireframes and developed a visual style that reflects the brand and appeals to the audience. We carefully designed functional elements and improved interactions with videos, comments, and subscriptions.
